PROFILE

I'm Jacquelyn, a cloud Solutions Architect who grew up as an SRE.

I have about three years of experience across hands-on infrastructure delivery (Terraform, EKS, CloudFront) and customer-facing architecture: landing zones, hybrid networking, VMware-to-AWS migration, and governance for generative AI workloads. This site is my learning log — what I figured out, where I got stuck, and why I decided what I decided.

Solutions Architect

  • Full-time pre-sales and cloud infrastructure design: migration, hybrid networking, landing zones and compliance projects.
2023 — 2026

Junior Site Reliability Engineer

Going Cloud

  • Designed and built AWS landing zones and hybrid networking (multi-account AWS Organizations, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway).
  • Designed AWS controls for generative AI workloads: turned compliance requirements into checklists, Terraform modules and user guides.
  • Led a proof of concept for VMware-to-AWS migration with AWS Application Migration Service.
  • Migrated 200+ services to Amazon CloudFront with reusable Terraform modules, so each service could be deployed and cut over in 2–3 days.
  • Managed multiple EKS clusters with Terraform, upgraded control plane and add-ons, and used ArgoCD ApplicationSet to ship Helm releases across four clusters.
  • Built shared CI/CD pipelines for several projects and wrote runbooks for CloudFront and Client VPN operations.
